Mi corazon es tuyo, #69, Thursday, 10/23/14 Love the one you’re with…

At the mansion
Fernando is telling Alicia about his impending divorce. She is furious, she thinks that everyone has turned against poor Isa because of Sebastian and Ana’s (!!!) lies. Yes, she thinks that Isa is the only one who’s telling the truth and everyone else is not; Seb is just an annoying brother and Ana is upset because Isa got to marry Fernando instead of her.
There is no reasoning with our once blushing quinceanera. She runs into Fanny while storming up the stairs and Fanny points out what a good thing the divorce is. So Alicia sends her big sister to Hell, which wins her a big reprimand from Fernando, but one that she cares very little about.

In Chicago (the real one, not the Doroteo infested one)
Jenny and Nico are still enjoying their honeymoon, but they take a break to video call Ana. The nanny is scared of this type of new technology (she does have a smartphone, though, so maybe the show should cut it out with this type of humor when there is clearly no need for it). Diego helps Ana with the video call and the two couples chats vividly. Ana reminds Nico to take all his “vitamins” (heh) and the call ends with kisses and hugs all around.

Diego and Ana are at the photo shoot, that I think is supposed to be a surprise for her. She starts taking pictures and I have to say it: in my opinion Silvia Navarro has never looked better, even if she’s lost a lot of weight because of all the dancing.

In Yolanda’s room
Isa is till throwing herself a pity party, while Yolanda is trying to get her out of bed. The one thing that Isa does is call Reeks, to ask him about the plan to destroy Fernando. Yola is shocked to hear the conversation, but then Alicia comes to the room and Isa starts acting like the wronged, suffering, poor wife. And then Alicia says that if Isa leaves the house, she will leave, too, which promptly puts a devilish smile on Isa’s face.

In the kitchen
Fanny is preparing breakfast for the family, when Fer comes down, wanting to talk about her future. They joke about her becoming a nun and then she says that she took some career tests. She’s about to tell him what the results were, when Nando and the twins show up and help set the table.

At an unpretentious Mercado
Diego and Ana are having breakfast, too (I guess the shoot, with all the make-up and the change of clothes happened before breakfast time? On a Sunday? Diego must have paid his helpers a lot of money just to treat Ana to a 6 am fun photo session – the poor guy does the best he can, but I bet this is not how he planned to spend the morning, going by the way he wanted to end the night).
Ana tells Diego about his brother’s divorce, which cuts his appetite completely. She says that she's only worried about the kids being affected by this change. But all the kids, except Alicia, will be enchanted by the news, so Ana better find another excuse. Diego doesn’t buy it, either and she has to remind him that she promised to do everything that is in her power to work on their relationship (if you’ve only started dating and already it takes work…) She also reminds him of a talk they once had, when Diego asked her about an hypothetical divorce. Ana insists on what she said back then: just because Fernando will be alone, doesn’t mean that she’ll run straight to his arms.
I’ve decided to keep a score of how many times she says this, because I simply don’t believe her. The first thing she did after she found out about the divorce was talk to Fer about it. She rejected his suspicions about her having a personal interest in the situation, but she put herself in the position to cause the suspicions in the first place.
Diego isn’t buying anything that Ana is selling. He’s so upset that he just asks for the bill and goes for the moto, so they can leave.

Reeks apartment
Reeks is meeting a shady guy, who gives him the altered photo. We don’t actually see it, but Reeks' sinister smile tells us everything that we need to know.
Later on he goes to visit his dad again and talks about how they lost their business due to Fernando breaking their contract. As a boy he had been very proud to visit the family company, looking forward to the moment when he would get to run it, but apparently Fernando not signing another partnership with their company drove them to the ruin. His father is very agitated hearing all this hate fest, so of course there has to be more to the story.

In Yolanda’s room
Isa is still in bed, making a “poor me” scene in front of Alicia, this time complaining that her mother isn’t comforting her. Yolanda rightfully points out that Isa is not to be pitied, because she herself is the cause of all this heartache. Alicia promptly defends her step-mommy dearest.

Ana's casita
Jonny is at home, doing a ridiculous dance, when Edna shows up to tell him that she changed her mind about only wanting to be friends. And what does that mean? She starts to take off her dress and soon enough she and Jonny are making out. Just then Dana arrives and watches them through the window. She sneaks into the house and she and Edna start to fight over Jonny. Yes, that’s what I said. Two beautiful women go into a cat fight over this guy.

Diego drops Ana home, saying that he wants to be alone for a while. She wants to talk things over, so he simply asks her why she agreed to go out with him. He is a great guy? That’s not good enough for Diego, what will she do when Fernando is free at last? For the second time Ana says that she won’t just run to his brother’s arms, so he better stop imagining things. But Diego knows better: she is afraid of getting too involved with him, to make the next step in their relationship – so, does she love him? Ana is silent, and her silence is all the answer that Diego needs. He leaves on his moto and I hope to God he doesn’t end up in a ditch somewhere.

Ana goes home, to find her house being ravaged by the cat fight. She throws both women out, making it clear that it is her house they are using. Then she scolds Jonny (who apparently broke his nose in the fight) and then goes to check that her guitar wasn’t harmed by the scandal.

The mansion's garden
Fer and the kids are playing American football (I think), when Reeks shows up to talk to Fer about the company anniversary. Fanny doesn’t seem too happy to see him, which Fer can spot, but more on that later.
Fer and Reeks  go inside and talk about the divorce. Then they mention the big party they’re throwing for the company. Reeks wants about 30 media outlets to be present, but Fer thinks that’s too much. Reeks says this is just what they deserve for such an accomplishment. Of course he wants as many journalists as possible for when he plans to go ahead with his "destroy Fernando" master plan.
After Reeks leaves, Fanny walks in and says to herself ‘thank God the creep is gone’. Fer hears everything and makes Fanny tell him what’s wrong. Finally, she shares some of the details about how Reeks has been treating her, making a pass at her and acting inappropriately at Alicia’s party. Fer is shocked, he’s upset that he hasn’t been told about this sooner. Fanny wanted to handle things by herself (and yet, she needed Ana to intervene the last time), but Fer decides to talk to the guy, set things straight.

Ana's casita
Ana is telling Jonny about the divorce. She is very confused, although she does not (DOES NOT) love Fernando anymore. Which doesn’t stop her from daydreaming about him a little bit, which even Jonny finds more than telling. But no, she has to conserve her dignity, spare herself the pain. Also, there is Diego, a great guy, the only one who has always treated her like a princess. She would never... third time she says this, I hope you guys are keeping scores, too.
Then she video chats with Jenny and Nico and tells them about the divorce, too. They are both very happy.

In Yolanda’s room
Reeks is calling Isa and promises to help her with the divorce. They are partners, after all, so what if she comes to see him. She’s in no mood for plotting right now, so she just hangs up. Just in time, too, because Fernando comes to Reeks’s apartment. He demands to know what his plans with Fanny were, but Reeks says he was only trying to be friendly and mentor her - it was all a misunderstanding, but he never stopped acting like a gentleman. Fer doesn’t buy it, he grabs Reeks by the collar, shakes him a little bit, and reminds him that Fanny is just a girl. Then he asks for his resignation and storms out.
Arriving home, Fer tells Fanny that he asked Reeks to quit. She’s worried about the company, but Fer reassures her that nobody is irreplaceable, work wise, the most important thing for him are his children.

Somewhere in town, in front of a theater
Bruno and Manuela are having a nice day out, when he gets a call and has to leave her. She wants to know where he’s going, but he can’t say. He offers to take her home, first, but she gets out of the car, furious and takes a cad. She asks the driver to follow Bruno and they both end up at a hospital. Manuela sees Bruno chatting with a pretty nurse and assumes that he’s cheating on her. But after she leaves, Bruno asks the nurse how much time he have left. (For himself, or for someone else who is sick?)

Leon's home
Leon is decorating the house for the surprise he's setting up for Fanny and his mom is supposed to help him with the food. Reina is not happy to hear what Leon plans to do.

The mansion
Diego (thank God he’s still alive) comes to see Fernando. He heard about the divorce and wants to know if he’ll keep his promise and stay away from Ana. Fer goes into fight mode immediately, how dare Diego doubt him? Oh, please!!! Diego knows that his brother still loves Ana, so does he want to get her back? Fer says that he knows he lost Ana, but some things are unavoidable – like her love for him.
Diego is furious, he says that he’s taking care of that (is he, really?), but Fernando needs to keep his word and stay away.

Isa has finally decided to get out of bed. She gets all dressed up and goes into the living room, where Estephania’s portrait is. She starts fighting with the deceased, letting her know that she hasn’t lost the war, yet. And if Estephania has taken Ana as an ally, she will make sure that soon enough Ana will follow her to the grave.

Preview: Isa overhears how much Ana loves her guitar so she steals it and destroys it.

Good work, Adriana.

I can't fault either Fernando or Ana for how many times they say something that some viewers think they don't mean. Many people brainwash themselves via this process, mostly with good intentions. The one thing it doesn't work for is forcing oneself to love someone they don't.

It's a shame because Diego is very worthy of love. "Fake it till you make it" does not apply in this situation.

I have several predictions based on this episode but will voice them later. Caffeine is calling first.

I agree that Ana and Fernando aren't lying, they truly think they can stay away from one another.
But statements like 'I would never' mean the opposite most of the time.
They want to do the right thing, but when has that worked in a telenovela?

AdrianaNoel, thank you for the great recap. It was very enjoyable!

Wow! I was impressed that Jennifer was planning on doing some outlet shopping in Chicago.

Diego should read the writing on the wall and give up on Ana because he knows where this is headed. Ana could not tell him she loved him. Fernando is Fernando. No more sympathy for him.

I loved Fernando in Papa Bear mode answering for Fanny and firing Enrique. Guess that will serve to speed up the dirty tricks on Enrique's side. I wish he would not visit his poor dad anymore.

Poor Alicia has been brainwashed and her alliance with the enemy is just being reinforced the more time she spends with Isabela. Someone needs to rescue her.

The best scene: Yolanda with the empty cardboard toilet tissue tubes up to her eyes spying on her obnoxious daughter bawling in bed amidst tons of tissues? probably toilet paper.

Great Adriana. So much of last night was mind numbing, but I always know our wonderful recappers will make it all better in the morning.

I think I was more upset about Diego than anything else last night. This just stinks if this guy has to go through another let down on the woman he loves, and to his brother yet again. Yeah, not anyone's fault, but c'mon. Stick a fork in this relationship writers then. Either pair these two up or get Diego a REAL new love and make him happy.

WTH was all that with Johny? Is the actor blackmailing Osorio or something to get all this screen time, because there is nothing funny or believable about anything to do with him. His plot lines keep getting stupider and more annoying.

My guess is Eeky was planning, and may still be, to reveal his doctored photo at the anniversary gala with all the media outlets there. But really, his reason for revenge. A company doesn't renew a partnership with another company? Ah, dude, you went to Harvard. They even TEACH you how to make and break deals in business school, and yes sometimes if the other company was stupid enough to hang their star on that one partnership, then they are toast when it ends. I think he was more miffed he didn't get to run the big-bad company then anything happening to his father...after all, with he and Isa, it's all about them no matter what they say.

What the blazes is Isa going to gain with destroying the guitar. Yes in her adolescent frame of mind, she gets juvenile revenge, but at this point the fingers are going to point right at her as the one who did it. I'm wondering if this is to agitate Ana to such a point, Isa can claim she upset her...thus cue the "baby danger" plot. Ana should have stayed out of that house and kicked Johny out of her's.

Bad vibe on the Leon party. Will this actually come off or will something go horribly wrong? And make Reina just go away. What an annoying twit. Too bad she doesn't realize she acts more spoiled than the "princess" she despises.

Adriana,
Thanks so much for this fast and complete recap.

This felt like another set-up episode. I am enough of a martyr to novelas that I seldom FF, but today I had to breeze through the catfight over Johnny. There just seemed no other choice!!!!

I am interested in others' predictions. I am very bad at guessing what happens next -- the perfect novela viewer, I guess.

Thank you, Adriana, for the great recap! Regarding Diego, I, too, worried about him when he left Ana. I expected a horrible motorcycle accident.

How does Fer know where Enfrique lives?

Even using my wildest imagination, I cannot envision any picture that would destroy the president of a canned-goods company, unless, of course, the photo has been doctored to appear Fer and Ana are in some way contaminating food. Frankly, I don't care what the Progresso, Campbells, or Hunts presidents do in their personal lives.

Sorry, I made the last post. My kitten jumped on my keyboard and posted before I could enter my "name."

Thanks for that great recap, Adriana. I had to change channels during the Johnny-with-the-girls rolling around scene. Almost made me lose my dinner.

Pobre de Diego. Ana/Silvia did look great in the photo shoot.

Hehe... kitten on the keys... They know how to get us!

I think Daisy is right about Enfrique's intention. He wanted to unveil that photo at the anniversary party which he will now have to crash. Or he will have to e-mail that photo to someone in the business press.

I don't know if it's still a thing in Mexico but in the past many CEO contracts have had clauses regarding "moral turpitude" which could cover anything from embezzlement to tax fraud to adultery. It was probably used as a threat to oust many a past CEO for even the most minor thing if a board of directors was sufficiently determined.

UA, ITA.. both Ana and Fernando are trying to braintrain themselves that they need to stay away from each other... and curiously, both are thinking of Diego as the reason and the benefit.

DaisynJay, ITA that Reeky can't blame Fermando for doing his job and probably going somewhere else for the supply he was getting from Reeky's dad. Reeky does have Harvard business schooling, so he should know how to build and grow a business... but i also agree that this is not about what happened to his dad but about his 'inheritance including daddy's bidness' going up in smoke.

I also am afraid of Diego's fate and Ana being framed for Isa's 'accident that harmed the baby', since this is a Televisa tn...

yes Reeky said to Isa that what he wanted was a very compromising picture of Fernando and Ana kissing, so prepare for a photoshopped picture of Fer kissing Ana with a very dicey background, them probably in bed or half naked...
I agree that this should not affect the bidness, unless the background compromises the office itself, like them doing it right in his office... but even then, this is his private life we are talking about...
televisa novelas have exploited this before... Remember Destilando toward the end? Rodrigo wanted to save Gaviota from the scandal that could end her job/opportunity just by the suspicion... even if she is proven innocent... same here. If Reeky has all the media there, just the suggestion could get Fernando kicked from the Prez chair, esp when some of his stockowners follow 'Linda''s lead.

btw, what Fernando told Diego was not that Ana loved him but that Ana did not love Diego...

and I agree, i don't see anything good happening to Diego unless the writers find a suitable alternative to Ana.

regarding the guitar... if Isa destroys it, it will only give Ana a good reason to feel angrier at her (think 'return to Fer').

it was so weird that apparently the girls broke Johnny's nose when Dana(?) threw that flower vase at him and then Ana fixed it with her own hands? now we have to add 'chiropractor'/Orthopedic doctor to Ana's list of abilities?

Fer probably has access to all the HR records in the company via his phone...easy to find Reeky's address.

I am not sure i like Silvia quite that thin. I liked her looks better in CME.

Fabulous recap, Adriana. I wish I had seen the epi so that I could see the photo shoot. I'm so happy to read that Fanny finally told Fer about Reeky and that Fer fired him. Of course that would end the Reeky problem entirely, but at least Fanny won't have to put up with him at her family functions anymore.

I was all for Ana giving things a real try with Diego, but now that things have reached a point where he wants a serious long-term commitment, and she has realized she just can't feel more for him, then it may be time to end things. I hope the writers don't make things too tortuous for him for too long.

I am sure Reeky would not have picked that plan if he could not build a big enough scandal with just a photo to get Fer out of the prez spot. So UA, I agree. this must be Reeky's card. But the problem is that if Fernando fires him or he has to resign before that anniversary party, Reeky won't be in the mix for possible new presidents... so he would not have control over the company even if Fernando has to leave, unless Linda follows through on Reeky's request that if he can get Fernando fired, she make him the new Prez. So when Fernando requested he present his resignation on Monday first thing, this is why Reeky was ranting at himself or Fer.
Also Reeky probably does not see Fernando asking Isa for divorce as a good thing for his plan since now (before the scandal) there is already an intention by Fer to end the marriage. The scandal would still be there, especially since Isa is pregnant. But the divorce can't be good for the plan.

Thanks so much Adriana. Always so much going on and you nailed it.

"but I bet this is not how he planned to spend the morning"

I know this is TN land and folks fall in love within minutes but what does Diego expect? I love you, wanna date, get over him, wanna get married, why don't you love me, what's the hold up, gonna make her love me, stay away from her bro and she will, all in a few weeks.

Loved when Ana had a moment of lucidity while speaking with Juan and she listed all the things Fernando had done that were demeaning to her, including his assumption he could grant her freedom to date his brother. Fernando got a loooooooooong way to go and a short time to get there.

Ricky - who me

Fernando - IF I run again, I'll announce my candidacy once I discuss it with my family

Yomama - "I knew a girl so glooming
She'd never laugh or sing
She wouldn't listen to me
Now she's a mean old thing"

Alicia - cult of one

Diego - you signed a non compete

Ana - no, I'm becoming a nun

Jenny - Rush Street tonight, woo, hoooo

Juan - bite a bullet

Leon - had a lot of food and stuff left over from the wedding party

Isabela - what's your problem, my key still fits the locks

Adriana Noel, fantastic recap.

"There is no reasoning with our once blushing quinceanera"; "In Chicago (the real one, not the Doroteo infested one"; "if you’ve only started dating and already it takes work…)" and "She starts fighting with the deceased" were among my favorites.

I am starting to like the take charge Fernando and his decisive and quick actions e.g. firing Enrique.

Jarifa, I also dread Enrique's scenes with his father. Very difficult to watch, especially as he seems to desperately want to say something to Enrique...

Marta noted "what Fernando told Diego was not that Ana loved him but that Ana did not love Diego". And, he is right. It is not as though Ana is in love with and torn between the two brothers. It is Fernando that she loves. Her silence to Diego spoke volumes. As much as I wanted them together, Diego needs to pick his heart and dignity off the floor and move on.

I was starting to soften toward Johnny when he seemed to be falling in love with Jen. But now, these "comical" interludes aren't funny or entertaining and need to stop.

So now Isa is going to smash Ana's guitar? No subtle subterfuge here. Just wrecking havoc out in the open. Sigh.

Diana

Thank you for a great recap!

Poor Diego! Still hoping writers cultivate a good love story for him with photographer chica.

Ana's gonna do what she can to protect herself from Fer. I don't think she trusts him to commit to her.

Poor deluded Alicia. But when will the anvil drop on her? Not for some time I think.

Even if Reeky is fired, which I wonder if he will put in his resignation, he has Ms. Tight Bun to help him in his anniversary party scheme. Fer in the midst of a divorce with his pregnant wife because he was cheating with the nanny, who is dating his brother, and works as a dancer in a seedy club, is good trash.

yes Carvivlie... And Reeky doesn't even know Ana works as a dancer in a seedy club... just wait until he and Isa find out... Yikes!! that will only catapult the scandal to high ground.

I would not be surprised that Reeky has found out where Ana works at night and is saving the 'revelation' for the big anniversary party, as part of 'hey Fernando, by the way, did you know Ana works as a dancer at the Chicago?'

I don't think Ana is worried about Fernando committing to her if they get back together as much as she thinking the original reason for Fernando picking Isa (the baby) is still there, and Ana does not want to be the one preventing that kid from relating to its dad...
once the baby paternity is revealed, that barren will evaporate... then Ana will have to find another excuse to stay away from Fernando...

It's not like Ana has a stage name (well Lola but that is for one adoring fan) and all he would have to do is follow her one night, if he hasn't already. What a great story and most of it is true. Perhaps he got a photo of the bouncers removing a worked up patron as testimony of her effectiveness.

Whew, won't Isabela have a good wail about that and be the humiliated pregnant wife and good by Alicia.

Besides the scandal what will drive Fernando bonkers with disgust is the fact that Diego, Nico and even Fanny know.

Though Fernando no saint in all this, I agree Marta, this deceit was covered by his father, brother and first born. Pretty bad in my book and almost not forgivable. They all made a fool of him and will be difficult to trust any of them. Fernando may make hasty, boneheaded decisions, chauvinistic and have a temper but he doesn't lie.

I think that after Fer gets a divorce and Diego gives up on Ana (somehow) it will seem like they can really go for it, but then, of course, Fer finds out about the pole dancing.
You're all right when you say that this is not only about Ana lying, this is also about half of his family lying, too.
If he acts like none of us suspect - be surprised, demand explanations and understand/ forgive without throwing a million hissy fits, than that's when we'll all know that Fernando is truly a changed man.
Until then all the nice things he does for his kids are just normal things that any father should do. The fact that he started out doing such a crappy job doesn't mean that he deserves praise every single time he puts his kids first.

Why doesn't Ana just tell Fernando now since she is still dating Diego? Yes, Fernando will be upset everyone lied and Ana mislead him but Diego could just ask what's the big deal bro, she's my gf and I'm ok with it. It would put the breaks on the Ana & Fernando show.

“I really am afraid Alicia will make good on her threat to leave,” said Persephone. “She is one of the most vulnerable of the children.”

“I know, daughter,” said Demeter. “Isabitch took full advantage of the most vulnerable time of this poor girl's life. The isolation from her family can only make it worse.”

“We'll need to take advantage of that,” said Athena.

“How?”

“By making them more careless. Isabitch is already getting on her mother's nerves with her hysteria and her spoiled brat behavior. A few more episodes of this and she will really let loose at her. Then there is always the issue of the baby's paternity.”

“That does need to be resolved, but you know they will try to bribe or blackmail someone to get a report saying that the baby is Fernando's even if it's not.”

“Diego still lives down the corridor from Enrique. Once Isabrat is out of the Lascuráin house she won't think about who sees her coming and going. She's even come on to Diego once before.” Athena paused. “I'm sure he'll remember that when he sees her coming out of Enrique's place. He may not want to lose Ana to his brother, but I'm sure he doesn't want Isabitch to make a fool of him.”

So we haven't even touched on what's going on with Bruno. We know he has been stealing the kids' toys and then working on them in his shop (?). Then he went to meet someone at a warehouse, I think. Now he is asking about someone at the hospital...If the toys and hospital are related then what child does he know that is dying? If toys don't figure in, well, who is he asking for at the hospital and why can't he tell anyone about it?

Jonny's storyline is mostly not funny but there are some nuggets in there that I enjoy.

I'm just not at all interested in Bruno's storyline. A shame because I think Bruno the best looking of all the men. There has been conjecture it is related to kids and could be he volunteers his time for children, and those that are ill but to try and make this such a mystery is stupid to me. Don't find the Juan thing funny at all, perhaps if it were another actor.

Thank you, Adriana! Excellent work.

My favorite parts were Yolo using the toilet paper tubes as binoculars and Fanny telling her dad she's going to become a nun. Oh, and Fer demanding Enreeky's resignation.

Although I think asking for his resignation was too kind. He should have just fired him. I was a little disappointed that Fanny held back on what she told Fer. She should have also mentioned how Reeky grabbed her and tried to kiss her in the office, and given more detail about how rude he's been to Leon. Also how he tried to give her a horse.

I hope Fer was at least smart enough to immediately call the company's security and IT people to make sure Enrique can't get in and do damage.

Also, if Encreaky's company was only solvent based on the ONE contract and they weren't good enough to get that contract renewed, then it was their own fault they were ruined. Can't Papa at least have a nurse who will try to help him communicate? He clearly wants to say something.

I want Diego to find someone new and awesome. New character, please! The lady who was with him before is a possibility, but if he was with her and didn't fall in love with her then, I'm not sure why she'd now be his happily-ever-after.

Made the mistake of eating dinner while watching and nearly gagged to death when the scene suddenly switched to Johnny's freakaerobics session. WHY are we being subjected to his horrid storyline?

Love that Jen is so excited about the outlet shopping. Nico could afford the full-price boutiques, but she wants to go to the outlets. And here Isa called her a gold-digger.

I don't really care about Bruno's story, either. Why all the mystery? Maybe it would be more interesting if the cageyness were more out of character for him so it seemed like there must be a compelling reason for the secrecy. Since that is the way he always acts, though, it seems more likely that he's up to something totally mundane and just being weird about it.

Julia, you made me giggle with...
Johnny's freakaerobics session
yeah he is not Steve Carrell who makes me laugh just from seeing him dance or make those moves...

and about the finale of the ep... Bruno asks the doc how long (he has?) and they responded a month or so... hopefully they are talking about his mom or some other relative, or maybe someone he knows from his links to an 'orphanage' maybe?

Urban, thanks for the info on the "morality clause" info. That puts that plot in perspective.

At this point, Bruno's secret has become tedious and annoying. He can disappear with Johnny unless he is doing his butler job.

I want to see Jennifer at one of our many outlet malls since they did fly them into Chicago to film. Someone at Televisa likes Chicago.

Jarifa

Adriana Noel:
Great recap. I pity anyone who has the tedious job of recapping scenes with Johnny.
Thank goodness I'm taping the episodes and can FF through all Johnny's stupidity and grossness.
Please get rid of this guy already!

I wonder what the viewers in Mexico are saying about Johnny.

Is Adrián Uribe supposed to be some big time TN actor or something?

He's a comedian who has been in many sketch comedy shows (a la SNL). He was also one of the leading winners in the dance competition shows they had a few years ago; in fact he dances very well. He really just needs a nose job and a minor face lift and he wouldn't have to try to be funny anymore.

I sat just get rid of him.

Urban, I too would like to know how the Mexican audience is reacting to him.

He really just needs a different kind of role where no one is trying to convince us that he's amazingly funny or attractive. BE the villain, dude. It's okay to not be the hot one.

You guys have all my support in collectively trying to wish Johnny off our TV screens. I've been scratching my head over the actor/character since Ana was supposedly hooked up with him. If he was a guy who had a dancing talent, heart of gold and was a sweetheart who helped everyone...I'd give him a pass. But he's whiney, a moocher, egotistical and way too into himself to be attractive. Casting needs a good slap up the head on this goofball being cast. Still think he's buddies with the Big O.

You know I absolutely missed and kind of forgot the whole Bruno thing, even after reading it this morning again. It makes no sense...why the big intrigue unless he lied about not Enough already, just spill.

Daisynjay

Not only all that, but he's also a sleazeball who repeatedly tries to push things with women even when they say no. And he's always objectifying women, drooling all over them or deciding he's in "love" with them when he doesn't even know them. Remember how he was pawing those actresses at Televisa and following them and putting his arms around them? Creep.

Thanks Adriana. I love the new, forceful, take charge, Fernando. I'm glad Enrique won't be working there any longer. The picture will be for the purpose of making the board members want to fire Fernando, not necessarily hurt the company. It's Fernando he has the problem with. I hope Ana fills him in on all the things Enrique did to Fanny.

I always fast forward through the Jonny scenes. And the Bruno/Manuela scenes. Are we really supposed to believe 2 beautiful women are fighting over Jonny? Please!
So Diego thinks that reminding Fernando about his promise to stay away from Ana will make Ana choose Diego? Did he try this with Estefania?
I hoping that when Fernando finds out Ana is a pole dancer at Chicago he will put 2 and 2 together and remember how he fell for Lola and realize they are the same person. And then get over the deceit quickly. But when Enrique finds out about Ana dancing, and we must all agree that he will find out, he will use this and the picture to ruin Fernando with the board.

I don't Understand how Isa thinks that ruining Fernando will not hurt Isa financially too. Even if they divorce, Isa will get a nice alimony and child support check every month. But if Fer is ruined, then she won't.

Isa isn't mature enough to think that through. Like Yolo said, she acts and thinks like a 4-year-old. If she doesn't get her way, she throws a tantrum and hurts people however she can. Then she doesn't understand why she isn't getting what she wants.

And we all know who is ultimately responsible for that, don't we? I'd love to see flashbacks to her childhood.

Adrian Uribe is also in Alma de Hierro which goes on at 11:00. He's a sweetheart there and attractive without trying.

Some of you recommended the novela "India, Una Historia de Amor".

For those of you who might wish to see this novela, it is playing on Telemundo at 12pm, Monday - Friday.
