Amores con Trampa #89 Never mind an Eye for an Eye... a Lie for a Lie...will whoever is NOT LYING to anyone step forward??

Ok I was able to run this recap through before heading to church to help out. Here it goes...
Facu starts shouting and ranting about what he came home to find… first victim is Beto… he left him ‘in charge!’  then he wonders what Andres (Diego’s brother) is there… he points at Susana who instantly says ‘who, me??’  Facu yells for ‘Yoya’ (Carmen) but she won’t come downstairs… Maria and Facu have some news… Porfirio correctly guesses that they all are heading back home to the country.  Facu says that’s it!! After Perpetua rants at Porfirio to not get too far ahead and let them announce the news. Indeed, that is the news! From Facu and Maria… We’re all headed home!! (scan around gives mixed reactions. Andres sad, Beto frozen, Perp Porf very happy. Jacinto is still processing the info.  Facu asks for more of a reaction. The only one to speak is Porfirio who could not be happier (he is looking forward to reunite with some lady he left behind…)  Jacinto finally is ready to report… he is surprised, more so than when he learned about quantum physics…  Facu suddenly gets the blues… he is regretting having brought them over to the city… he thought it was for their good… but he realizes now that there is nothing more important than the love of family.

Isa in bed wondering where her pills are… she looks around.  Tries to calm herself down… she needs her S.O.S. pills.  She tries to tell herself she can’t take any more pills.

Porfirio says the eggs taste better out there in the country.  (LOL!!)

Maria notices Beto is sad… Facu and Maria ask him… he says he doesn’t know what will happen with his studies/career.  Maria says there are colleges out there too…  and about Rocio… (she gives him a kiss on cheek and hug… to cheer him up… works to a degree.)  Facu is still celebrating, but still yelling ‘Yoya!!!’

Yoya is still trying to get Francis and Diego out of her room… Facu and Maria come over and Facu wonder what Carmen was doing in her room with Diego. Carmen asks her dad to trust her. Nothing!  Facu then turns to Diego, who assures him he really loves Carmen and was not doing anything to her. Facu warns him that if something happens to her…. Diego reassures him he respects her.

Maria tells Estefani, who is surprised… Maria says she is sooo happy, is sure that when they return they will be happier than ever.  Estefani asks if she will miss everything she has here. Maria says no way, that’s the best news my Viejo could have given her. Estefani congratulates her and offers to stay in charge of the store. Maria says no, that is something she wants Rocio to do.  Maria needs Estefani to start looking for a place to move to starting tomorrow.

Facu and Carmen come downstairs to shove everyone out the door… the party’s over!!  Diego drags Andres away.  On their way out, Diego reassures Facu again that he respects his daughter.

Carmen yells (just like her dad) for everyone to get the heck out… They all start marching like animals. Once the family is now alone, Facu wants Yoya to give the family an explanation.  Carmen blames the ‘party’ on la Pancha (pelos de elote) (cornstring hair) esa!!  Beto joins her and tells her what Facu is worried about is not quite that. He says Facu is worried about something else.

Maria announces to the family that everyone will go back home to the country. Carmen asks ‘everyone??’  Facu says yup!!  Carmen asks what about my career and studies?? What about my modeling career?  Susana says she can always model for the local businesses selling crops and pork sausage and products.

Back in their bedroom, Maria and Facu tell each other it is the right move and not to worry.   They comment that Yoya and Beto are not too happy about the move back home.  She asks him what about the business?  He (sort of naively) reassures her that he is the business owner and can call his own shots and will find a way to get his $50 million back from Santee.  They kiss.

The animals horse, chickens, pig, goat  comment the good news of the move back home.  (would anyone post anything funny they said? I had to rush through that)

At the Florencio apt… he receives a call while having breakfast with Panzon and another guy.   He gets a report that the guy that was asking around for Porfirio is ‘the devil himself!’

Estefi tells herself ‘lets see who wins this battle, Mary… you will fall in the love trap’.

Apparently Florencio tells the guy to lead the one looking for Porfirio in some other direction so he won’t find him.  HE hangs up. Florencio tells Panzon he will keep on trying with Maria to see if he is luckier this time.

At the Velascos… Felipe notices Santee is really nervous. He blames it on Isa.  Felipe says wait till you hear what is going on at the company. Felipe tells Santee that at the business the third party investors have retired their support, they are not convinced that Facu’s ideas are going to work.  Santee gets mad at Felipe. He knew this would happen!  Does this mean we are broke again?  Felipe says not yet. But for now the only capital that the company can count on is Facu’s and that is running out quick.

Estefani (who Facu calls Ester Mari) wants to talk to Facu, but he is in a hurry to get to a meeting at the company.  Estefani tells him that yesterday Maria confessed to her something he needs to know. And she feels more loyal to him (Facu) than Maria. She says Maria told her that she is very happy to go back to the country because there…. There…. There is Florencio. She has hopes to get back with Flo.  (of course this is just BS from Estef).  But don’t tell her who told you… because I don’t want to lose the friendship.  Have a good day.  She leaves Facu there a bit angry but controlled… (can you say internal combustion getting started?)

(the credits clips changed a bit)

Isa finds Rocio getting dressed/putting makeup on.  Rocio is heading to the store.  Isa tells her that her rebel phase is over.  Isa tells her that it looks like that instead of a carriage she was hoping for a wagon (carroza).   Rocio wants her to stop. Her expectations are different.

At the Carmonas, Florencio visits Maria.  She says Facu is not there, he went to get a few things to go back hime. Florencio is surprised to learn that they are all heading back home.  He wishes them well, but gives her a kiss on cheek… (Maria was totally taken by surprise)… Of course there is Estefi there to snap a picture which will be the perfect accessory to her plan and her storytelling to Facu.

Isa tells Rocio that she also misses Rocio’s mother.  (We see Rocio’s mom in bed dying and asking Isa to take an envelope. Don’t open until Rocio turns 21. It is very important. Please.  … Rocio’s mom whispers to Isa what is in the envelope in her ear… Isa impactada.  ) Back to current time. Isa asks Rocio if she would think it was good that Isa walked around with lots of makeup and dressed like Rocio… (we see an image that I would rather not describe of Isa). Rocio starts laughing… tells her I was just imagining (we are ‘treated’ to a 2nd look at that vision)…

At Carmonas Estefi meets Florencio again… she wants him to remember her as ‘Estefani, my love’.  She wants to invite him to dinner ‘but you pay’.   He turns her down, she assumes he has no money… HE shows her a folded stack of bills… no that’s not the problem, he is just in a hurry.

At the office, Santee and Esteban give the bad news to Facu and Beto… Esteban explains that he had warned Facu that he needed to up the price of the units/homes.  Facu says he can’t trick the customers. Santee says the investors saw what was happening, pulled their money out and left.  Facu he talks about doing the same, taking his money and saying ‘bye…  He already talked with his family that they are going back home.  Esteban asks him to calm down. You can go if you want, but you can’t take any money from here.  There are many interests at stake. The company is not in financial shape to return your money.  There are many debts and commitments.  Facu says then we will leave without my money. You all wanted to get your company back… on then. You got it! Its yours! I am leaving!

At the college, Carmen is also not having a good day.   There is a paper on her car.  She notices everyone is staring at her. Diego comes running. He tells her when Francis read her diary, she even took pictures of some pages with her cell phone.  HE tells her that the whole school knows about what you wrote about me.

Esteban continues. Your name is there as the one responsible for the company.  IF you want to leave still, go ahead, but you will end up ruined and probably, even in jail.

At school, Francis is reading to some other students even with Carmen’s country accent.  Carmen comes over to confront her.  Francis mocks her in front of everyone.  Francis begins a food fight when Carmen threatens her with a fight.  Diego comes running to stop Carmen before she gets in trouble.

Facu and Beto are wondering when did they get in this whole mess. Facu says he just started signing papers left and right to get the funds to build the homes the right way, thinking when they sold them they would recover everything. Facu starts blaming himself.  Beto says don’t despair, we just have to find a solution.  What if we sell the house and use that to pay the debt and go home.  Facu says we can’t. Esteban explained that one of the loans was so huge that they had to put the house as lien.  Facu says he failed Beto, his siblings and even Maria.  What will we do now? Beto says first of all, we need to talk to mom… we have to bring her up to speed before she keeps on planning that we are leaving!

At Carmona home, even COnchita is excited about the move.  She has never  been away from the city. Perpetua asks her if she is sure she wants to go with them.  Conchita says no one has treated her as good as them, even if they don’t like what she cooks sometimes.  Conchita asks if there are many insects. She has phobia of spiders. Perpetua says there are Huge spiders out there! Porfirio says don’t fear, we will defend you.  All he will pack is his eggs and his Last Supper painting.  Maria laughs it off, asks them not to scare COnchita much.

Isa tells Rocio that she should go back to school . Rocio says Beto will help her out while she works at the store.

At Carmonas, Facu and Beto arrive home and swallow hard at seeing the excitement of the ladies packing.  Maria notices something is wrong.  Did you change your mind?  Facu can’t find the courage to tell them the truth so he follows their lead in excitement about packing.  Beto pulls him aside questioning why he won’t tell them the truth.  Facu finally finds the courage to tell them that …. (chicken sounds…)  this house is on sale already!...  Beto is visibly worried that Facu is postponing the news that they can’t go, and even worse, that the original money they had and even the house is probably lost.

At the pool, Facu and Beto are surprised that now Carmen can’t wait to go home to the country.  Seems they have told Carmen that they can’t go.  She agrees that Maria will not like it when she finds out. Carmen asks what will happen if he leaves the company. Facu says they can take everything from him. Carmen questions why he could get himself in this mess. Maria comes over and they fake the happiness.  Maria mentions that it is rumored that the colleges out at the country are not as good as here. Carmen fakes a ‘nooooo!’.    Maria leaves, Facu says we can’t tell her! She is even happier than when we got married!  Beto suggests they sell the store.  Facu says nope, that store is hers.

Isa says to Rocio that she has to make her dreams come true before she gets married.  You are just getting started with life. Rocio says she truly loves BEto, he is the one she wants to be with for the rest of her life.   Isa says then that can wait. Rocio is fearful that Beto won’t be willing to wait long for her.  Rocio tells her that she has already decided to get married. Isa says Alberto did. But what about you?  That is a question only you can answer.  (Rocio is starting to wabble).

At Carmonas, Beto and Carmen come to see Perpetua, Conchita, Jacinto and Gusana and give them the news that we are NOT going to the country. Beto explains that first Facu has to fix things at the company before they all can leave.  Beto asks them to help them. Perpetua asks how.  Beto wants them to help delay the news to Maria. Carmen says she believes they should go ahead and tell her right away. Facu says science agrees with revealing the truth right away.  Perpetua is afraid of what will happen when Maria finds out.  She is surprised that they all are agreeing in lying to Maria.  Beto promises to her that he will help Facu solve the issues as soon as possible so they all can leave. Conchita starts whining that she is a bad luck charm… now they (the Carmonas) are losing their home because of her presence.  Perpetua tells her don’t be silly. Everything will be solved soon and we all need to support Facundo and this family.   They all do a team hands together cheer ‘Arriba los Carmona!!!’

Previews:  the lie poisoned Facu’s heart… (we see what Estefi told him).  When Maria says she wants to leave this weekend Facu gets up angry and accuses her that the reason she is in a hurry to leave is to be reunited with Florencio… (another foodfight ensues at Carmona dining table).

Looking forward to it! I haven't even gotten to watch it yet.

Sleep well and have fun tomorrow!

Like Sara, I was not able to watch this but eagerly look forward to your recap Marta.

Sweet dreams all.

Diana

Sounds good, Marta.

Jarifa

No worries, Marta. Haven't even seen the epi yet.

Marta, thanks again and again. And again, to all you wonderful recappers.

Estfi has been removed from my redeemable list for good. She was on it up until these last two episodes. Facu, you are dumber than dirt; but hey, we knew that.

Lola

Thank you, Marta, the recap was wonderful! Loved "They all start marching like animals." Yup, that's what they looked like. You didn't miss much with the animals. Facundo the horse was just making the great announcement how they were all returning to enjoy in the country again quicker than the English rooster can crow.

A few thoughts:

I liked seeing more of what happened between Isabel and her sister re: Rocío. I also liked Isabel asking Rocío what she wanted to do with her life beyond marrying Beto. He was going to have a career. What about her and her dreams?

I sure would hope that Facundo by now (after how many years of marriage and a second honeymoon?) would trust María and not Estefany, a relative stranger, with the crappola she is telling him. Of course there will be now the photo to support her claims. But unfortunately, I don't think Facundo has turned the corner yet in his character development as shown with him lying to María about the move.

It was hard to believe that they made Facundo so naïve that he would think he could just wash his hands of the company and walk away.

It still annoyed me how now at the university Diego was holding Carmen back from getting in her tormentor's (Francis's) face. He is prolonging and enhancing Francis's harassment of Carmen and looks like he is protecting Francis. He needs to go bye bye. Carmen should handle her own business without interference.

Then of course we had the "truth will set us free" speech of Jacinto boy genius!

All in all a fun episode!

Jarifa

Marta, thank you for making precious time to craft this amazing recap. It was peppered with sweet treats including "She leaves Facu there a bit angry but controlled… (can you say internal combustion getting started?)" which was just great...

Now, I am always upset when I don't get to see episodes but I am thrilled beyond words to have missed Francis tormenting Carmen. Again. And Again.

Jarifa, I agree that Diego needs to let Carmen go after Francis. I hate to say it but I'm for anything that will stop her vindictiveness once and for all. There's nothing interesting about a character when all one can do is speculate what cruel trick is up her sleeve next. Ack.

I'm disheartened to learn that Estefi is stepping up her campaign of lies. The sooner she is exposed, the better. I gather Florencio has not fallen for her and won't be abducting and running off with her anytime soon??

I'm sorry I missed the animals and the scenes between Isa and her sister. I am going to try and watch over the weekend.

Marta, thank you for the splendid story.

Diana

Diana, Estefany and Florencio did exchange of phone numbers so I am hoping they do get together sooner rather than later. Maybe when he is finally convinced María is with Facundo for good he will be more eager to go out with her.

Jarifa

Marta - Terrific title and recap.

Fac beamed like a proud papa when Carmen yelled at the house crashers to get out of her house - cute.

Writers, I need to see Estefany kicked out of the Carmona house too. She may still find redemption later, whatever -- but first I want her butt bounced out of there.

I did like that Fac blamed himself -- no one else -- for foolishly signing the documents and that he trusted Beto and then Carmen with the truth. In the office, he looked so sad at his desk. Poor thing feels like a failure.

After Estefany told Fac the lie, she moved in to give him a consoling hug, which he refused, telling her to stay right over there where she was. Back at home, he showered Maria with kisses. He doesn't believe Estefany now, and I'm hoping that preview is deceptive because the so-called incriminating photo doesn't show Maria and Florencio in a liplock. Come on, Fac. I'm rooting for you to get this right.

Isa all punked out with a shaved head was a hoot. Can't argue with her advice to Rocio.

That letter Isa's dying sister gave her - I'm thinking Isa has already read it. Is she suppose to give it to Rocio when she turns 21? If so, we've got to wait two years since Rocio is only 19.

Thank you, Marta! I'm about to watch the episode. Armed with your details, I should have no trouble understanding the mushmush and the business talk.

I really like this show but because of late classes, I've missed a ton of episodes. I can kind of get what is going on in the recent episodes and the recaps are super helpful! However, does Susana "gusana" like Andres? I thought she had no interest in him but it seems like she does??? Also, what happened that made Carmen "Yoya" like Diego? Does she not love Felipe??? Please and thank you! Keep up the great work!

Thanks so much, Marta! I just watched the episode, but read your great recap beforehand.

I hope that they can turn the business around. Although I'm sure they'll be fine without it, I don't want the Carmonas to lose their money. But Fac, and everyone, she tell Maria the truth. Yes, she is extremely happy with the prospect of going to the country, but she's no delicate flower who can't handle the truth.

Has Isa really decided to turn over a new leaf? Her advice to Rocio was good, but she is hiding whatever she learned from her sister before she died, and whatever news that letter contains. Can't wait to find out what all the secrets are that her sister left behind.

Vivi, I'm inclined to think Isa may be changing. But it's so hard to tell!

I really want to know what her sister said in that letter...

Anon, I am just speculating on answers to your questions but I do think Carmen became intrigued with Diego. I still think she loves Feli but Diego is hawt let's face it and she seems really tempted.

I don't know if Susana liked Andres at first. She is such a loyal friend to Ale, she has always stepped aside. I think if Ale wasn't in the picture Susana would like him. He's a nice kid and frankly, there's a lot to like and nothing to dislike. The family is loaded with charm...

Diana

I'm watching and fast forwarding through the episode now. A thought just occurred to me and it doesn't necessarily have to do with this episode.

I still feel like Diego is the better guy for Carmen. I know I know, the heart wants what the heart wants and right now Carmen wants Feli. But Diego has shown an incredible amount of respect for her and her family in regards to wooing her and dating her. He's been up front with Fac and not wanted to hide anything. Feli and Beto concocted the idea of sneaking Carmen out for a date. Fac is kind of unreasonable though.

Diego also seems to be the only one trying to help with Francis. I think that it was smart to stop Carmen from beating up Francis. Francis would have just called the police. Diego just always seems to be there for Carmen and Feli doesn't.

And you are right, Diana. Diego's family has the charm built into their DNA. :-)

It's genuine charm, too. Not the smarmy (yet funny) kind of charm that Santi has. Wait. Feli and Santi aren't related by blood.

I love El Panzón in that chef's hat. And I want the ring tone that everyone on this show has!

Sara- Thanks for the reminder. I thought Panzon in the chefs hat and apron was funny and adorable. I think it's great that he loves to cook as much as he seems to love to eat.

It kind of makes him less of a bad guy to me. He's Hilda's dad, right?

I think he was just her boss, not her dad.

Ah. OK. Thanks!

Sara, I feel Carmen has a great choice between Feli and Diego.

But after reading your comments that Diego has indeed been upfront and seems to be omnipresent to protect her are very true. So, I'm with you. Diego is pulling ahead right now for me.

Feli is very likeable. And steady and dependable.

But excitement, attraction and good looks have their own merits, don't they?:)

Diana

It's such a tough call. Feli and Diego have been neck and neck the whole show and I flip flop. Though I tend to give Diego more points.

Steady and dependable are good for truly long term relationship building. I don't think Carmen is looking for any sort of fling. Diego must get her motor running though since she said she would like him to be her first. I think given Carmen's age, looks and excitement do go a long way.

At my age steady, dependable and funny make me swoon.

PS: I found the "dark" and punk Isa very disturbing. I hope they don't show us that again.

GAh! Comment bomb

Marta the title was SO perfect. I was just throwing up my hands by the end of this thing. I can't even keep up with the lies anymore.

So grateful for Marta and all who are recapping this show. It's been difficult trying to follow the storyline on this novella in particular...at least for me, more so than other novellas. Absent the wonderful, thorough recaps, I don't think I'd still be tuning in. That being said, I can't understand why Isa's story line is what it is and why the initial promotions suggested something a little more solid than what's happened with her and Facundo. Ernesto Laguardia's acting chops continue to save the day and he's the reason I wanted to watch in the first place. And he's the reason I'm still watching. Also, the idea of Yoya as an "ingenue", same with "Francis"....really? They both look like they should be playing "Mom's". I've yet to understand what's up with that bunch of fellows, always meeting around a table, who seem to be in alliance with...Florencio? And the new mystery fellow (from Italy?) is a threat to...who? The crazy psychotherapist lady ...out for good? Makes my head spin. Maybe my memory is going faster than I thought and its hard to remember who's who and what's what. So, again, a very very special thanks to the recappers on this one because otherwise, I'd be even more lost than I already seem to be.

Dona Felipa, no it is not your memory. It is hard to keep track if all of plots and subplots being played out or those just alluded to. The guys with Florencio seem to be just hangers on, sort of like his possee eventhough at least El Panzón has a business of his own. There is a male investigator from the Caribbean looking for info on the whereabouts of Granpappy Porfirio (hired by a mystery woman) and another mystery woman from Italy. Mireya the psychiatrist, who knows if she will be back. If the writers successfully tie up all of the loose plot lines at the end, this one could be a keeper.

Jarifa

Interesting comments about Diego versus Feli. I too was surprised Carmen wants Diego to be her first, since she's always looking so gaga over Feli. I'm still on the fence. I love Feli's hardworking nature and I just have a hunch he values Carmen more than Diego does. Diego is nice, but he's still too playboy for me though honestly this boy hasn't played in a long time. It's crazy that no other girl on campus but Frances has hit on Diego.

Nuts that all the Carmona's, even Jacinto, know about Fac's business problems except his wife. Surely all can't keep this secret. Wondering who will be the first to crack, hopefully Fac.

Looking forward to tonight. I'm still into every storyline.

Dona Felipa- I tuned in for Big Ed, but Ernesto has totally stolen the show! I think Francis looks too old for her role. I go back and forth on Carmen. Some days she looks too old, but she can play whiny child pretty well.

When it comes to Diego, I think I am channeling my 17 year old self. "He's really a good boy, but he's hiding his pain behind a mask of playboy." I'm a little ashamed of myself.

Neither Feli nor Diego have done anything horrifically bad, so I am so on the fence for both of them. I don't think they've done enough with Feli, though. I don't feel like I've seen him with Carmen enough to make an informed decision.

Isa is another character that I just don't get. I know we discussed at the beginning that she was supposed to be a protagonista...but I'm still not finding her likable.

I still want to see Fac and Florencio team up against Santi and Esteban.

I can't wait for tonight either, Niecie!

Add me to the list of those ready for more of the story tonight!

Jarifa

Now that we are getting more and more flashbacks to Rocio's mom, I am getting more and more impatient!

It may have already been asked, answered and discussed, but the actress playing Rocio's mother...wasn't she in Corazon Indomable? She played the cousin who ended up living in the shanty town?

Sara- Yes. That's the actress.

Dona Felipa- I don't think anything serious will ever happen between Fac and Isa. First, he's a protagonist (and supposedly so is she, according to credits). Second, he's married, in the Church. A good guy, breaking his Catholic marital vows--- not going to happen on a Televisa comedy (family show). And if it did, they would jump through hoops to make things ok between Fac and Maria so that there wouldn't be a divorce.

The actress who plays Corina Bocelli is Lorena Velázquez. I recognized her as Isabel from "Qué pobres tan ricos." I did not watch "Corazón indomable" close enough to remember if she was in that.

Last comment was from Jarifa.

I wonder when we will finally get to see her. I did like her on QPob.

That was another fun one with an Italian connection again. I loved Sylvia Pasquel as Ana Sofía with her "Porca miseria!" I hope the writers continue to flavor Corina's Spanish with Italian in this one.

Jarifa

Jarifa- I think Sara was asking about the actress playing the sister, not the mother. Thanks for the info on who will be playing the mom. I've seen that actress in a lot of things. She always seems to play a snobby rich lady. Elizabeth Valdez is playing the sister Malena, and in addition to CI, she was in Cachito.

I hope with the arrival of Isa's mom we finally get some revelations.

And I wonder who will play Mrs Porfirio. I assume she will actually return.

Thanks Marta. The recaps and comments are what's keeping me interested.

I'm kinda tired of this one. The only thing I'm intersted in at the moment is Isa's secret and Frances' and Hilda's anvils.

This has had it's pacing issues, Nanette. The patio makes it fun most of the time. And when the show is on point it's really fun! I can say that there is something in EVERY episode that has entertained me, even if it isn't a plot movement.

There's only 15 episodes left in Mexico, which I guess just makes 35 for us? I hope things start picking up.

(And that Univision airs Lichita!)

Thanks for the recap! Haven't had much time to comment. Looking for things to pickup a bit in this one. Seems a little slow going.

Thank you so much for the much-needed clarifications and comments....Sara, Jarifa, Vivi in DC, specially so. A big help! The church-sanctioned marriage till holds in Mexico, I suppose. Here in the state's there's the "annulment" possibility but so be it. Hope they end up living happily ever after. But I still can't figure out what Isa's is supposed to be. And guess I have to go along with Sara's assessment of Big Ed stealing the show. May have to print out some of what you wrote to help me keep track.
Again, gracias!

No problems, Dona Felipa. This one can be hard to keep up with since we've been going round on round. I tried keeping up with things, but I stopped after a while.

Sometimes it helps to just look at at the animals.

I keep forgetting to mention that I notice that Maria's hair and makeup are still different, but she seems to have moved back to the dress and boots look. Or did I see wrong?

Less than an hour to a possible Margarito sighting!

Jarifa

I was thinking today that I hope the animals will play a big part in the Fin.

Sara- Yes. Noticed Maria's clothes the last episode were the dress and boots. She's getting ready to go back to the country. We'll see if she goes back to the old-new look, or just mixes it up from time to time from now on. I noticed a while ago that Carmen dropped her new look permanently. She's back to her braid and ponytail, and dresses (no more jeans). I wish she would mix it up to, and do both looks.

I believe Lorena Velazquez is playing the mysterious italian lady on the phone, not Isa's sister. Lorena Velazquez has been playing villain and semi-villain roles in Televisa since the 60s or 70s... she was in the older versions of La Mentira and other Caridad Bravo Adams story novelas with young Angelica Maria, Julissa, etc...
